Off-Floor:  Saturdays 12-3pm November 15 – March 28th

(Also 1 Thursday per month – 7-10pm) @ Fitness FX - 6330 Quinpool Rd. (23 Sessions)

On-Floor:  Exhibition Park/East Hants/Sunway Centre (12 Sessions)

Cost:  $250

Our Midget “Flight” Program stands for Fitness Literacy & Individualized Group High-Performance Training.  Beginning with weight room safety, etiquette and familiarity, this off-season lacrosse-specific strength and conditioning program aims to progress 15/16 year olds to exercise independence. 

Running concurrent with on-floor lacrosse IQ sessions, this off-season training is one half of the Annual Training Plan for our midget players.  Based on current evidence-based research and the NCCP LTAD (Long Term Athletic Development) model, the athletes we are targeting are entering the Train to Compete stage of development, which also promotes sports specialization.
