A lacrosse coach's duties include but are not limited too training athletes, instructing lacrosse activities, and maintaining equipment. You should also create training programs and continuously monitor athlete progress. To be successful as a lacrosse coach, you should demonstrate experience in lacrosse, plus exceptional leadership abilities, stamina, be inclusive, and HAVE FUN! Ultimately, a top-notch Lacrosse Coach should possess superior organizational,  motivational skills, the ability to provide sound instructions, and create a positive team environment for all those involved
