Provincial Team Tryouts Announced - Registration Info

Lacrosse NS is pleased to open registration for the tryouts of our 2015 Men’s and Women’s Box Lacrosse Provincial Teams!

Lacrosse NS runs Provincial Box Lacrosse Teams at the following age divisions.
 

Age Division	Year of Birth (for 2015)
Peewee	2003 & 2004
Bantam	2001 & 2002
Midget	1999 & 2000
Junior	1994 - 1998

In the left hand column is the age division, and in the right column the year of birth that is associated with the age division in the corresponding row. Please use this as a guide when registering for your athlete’s respective age division.

This year, as in year’s past, each age division will be holding four (4) 1.5-2 (according to availability of floor space) hour tryouts over the coming month. All sessions must be attended, unless otherwise discussed with the Head Coach at your respective age division.

As of right now, only the Peewee, Bantam Boys, Bantam Girls, and Midget Boys Provincial Teams have announced their first tryout times. They are as follows;

Bantam Girls Tryout Times

• Friday, April 10: 7:00pm – 9:00pm @ Gorsebrook Junior High
• Sunday, April 12: 4:00pm – 6:00pm @ Rocky Lake Dome
• Friday, April 17: 7:00pm – 9:00pm @ Gorsebrook Junior High
• Friday, April 24: 7:00pm – 9:00pm @ Gorsebrook Junior High
• Saturday, April 25: 5:00pm – 7:00pm @ Rocky Lake Dome
• Sunday, April 26: 5:00pm – 7:00pm @ Rocky Lake Dome 

Midget Girls Tryout Times

• Wednesday, April 22^nd: 10:00am - 11:30am @ Rocky Lake Dome
• Sunday, May 3^rd: 9:30am – 11:00 AM @ Rocky Lake Dome
• Sunday, May 10^th: 10:30am to 12:30pm @ Rocky Lake Dome
• Sunday, May 17^th: 9:00am – 11:00am @ Rocky Lake Dome

Midget Boys Tryout Times

• Saturday, April 18: 8:30pm – 10:30pm @ Rocky Lake Dome
• Saturday, April 25: 7:00pm – 9:00pm @ Rocky Lake Dome
• Friday, May 1: 6:00pm – 8:00pm @ Rocky Lake Dome
• Saturday, May 2: 7:00pm – 9:00pm @ Rocky Lake Dome

Once the remaining provincial teams have finalized their tryout times we will be announcing them here. Please check back for more info over the next week.

Registration will not be open for age groups other than those listed above until the tryout dates have been announced.

How to Register

Please click on the button below to register your athlete for Provincial Team Tryouts at their respective age division;

Note: Athletes must be registered and paid prior to attending tryouts. No athletes will be allowed on the floor without having registered online. No Exceptions.



Cost
Tryout fees will be $75.00/player.

Refunds

Players will be eligible for a full refund if Lacrosse NS is notified 48 hours prior to the first tryout date for their age division. Any refund requests after this date has passed will purely be at the discretion of Lacrosse NS.
