U13 Coed High Performance Team NS ID Camps

This program is an identification and development camp for the U13 (birth years 2012-2013) Co-ed Team NS team going to Lacrosse Canada National Championships in August 9-18, 2023, in Regina, Saskatchewan.  This is an opportunity for experienced players to be on the floor during the off-season for skills and drills development in preparation for tryouts.

Floor sessions begin on Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 12noon-1pm and will be every two weeks for 6 sessions, Jan 6, Jan 20, Feb 3, Feb 24, Mar 16, Apr 3. They will be at the Gray Arena, 15 Monique Ave, Dartmouth, NS. Pinney provided. The cost is $90.

U13 Girls High Performance ID Camps

This program is an identification and development camp for the U13 (birth years 2012-2013) girls. The U13 Girls team would be part of an invitational tournament being offered by Saskatchewan Lacrosse during Lacrosse Canada Nationals in Regina, August 9-18, 2023. This is an opportunity for experienced players to be on the floor during the off-season for skills and drills development in preparation for tryouts.

Floor sessions begin on Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 12noon-1pm and will be every two weeks for 6 sessions, Jan 13, Jan 27, Feb 10, Mar 2, Mar 23, Apr 13. They will be at the Gray Arena, 15 Monique Ave, Dartmouth, NS. Pinney provided. The cost is $90.

Lacrosse Nova Scotia 'Games Ready' Flight High Performance Program
 
Welcome all 2008-2011 birth year athletes to our 'Games Ready' FLIGHT off-season high performance program.  This year, we are focusing our attention 'on the floor' for those athletes who will be age eligible for Canada Games 2025, including 1 year overage and 1 year underage to this mix. We will be continuing our U17 Flight 'in the gym' program at Proedge Gym for those whose birth year is 2008-2009.  We are providing nutritional services and mental performance training services through the Canadian Sport Institute Atlantic to all players in this 'Games Ready' program. 

Our high performance program is led by our highest qualified lacrosse coaches in NS, KJ MacNeil, our Technical Director (Competition Development Certified, a Master Coach Developer for Lacrosse Canada  and a certified Personal Trainer) and Sean Carrigan, (Competition Development Certified Coach). Our provincial level competition introduction trained coaches provide support.

Full Flight registration for 2008-2009 athletes include 12 sessions, 18 hours of floor time, 14 weeks at Proedge Gym, a manual, flight branded lacrosse wear, plus nutritional services and mental performance training services provided by CSIA.

For all 2008-2011 athletes who want to register for the 'Games Ready' program, registration includes 12 sessions, 18 hours of floor time, branded lacrosse wear, plus nutritional services and mental performance training services provided by CSIA. 
Girls and Boys (Coed) sessions will alternate early and late timing (9-10:30am or 10:30am-noon) on a month by month basis.  Gym sessions will do the same.

Program Starts: Saturday January 6th 2024 (full calendar of sessions will be provided)
Registration Fees:  Full program fee- $280, Floor only fee- $190
Floor time will be on Saturday mornings at the Gray Arena, 15 Monique Ave, Dartmouth.
Gym time will be on Sunday mornings at Proedge Gym, 36 Duke St, Bedford.

Jr Womens Winter Program


Lacrosse Nova Scotia is providing a high performance opportunity for age eligible women athletes who will turn 17-21 and play junior in 2024 (birth years 2003-2007).  KJ MacNeil will lead this program. Our intention is to give junior aged women an opportunity to be on the floor this winter and to be able to send a team to Lacrosse Canada Jr Women's Nationals in Regina, Saskatchewan, August 10-17, in 2024.  Any questions, please contact KJ MacNeil-lacrossetechdirector@sportnovascotia.ca .

This program will run every 2nd Wednesday, starting Jan 17, 31, Feb 14, 28, Mar 13, 27, Apr 10, 6:30-8pm at the Gray Arena.

Cost:
The cost for this program is $150/player.

Jr Privateers Winter Program 2024

Lacrosse Nova Scotia is providing a high performance opportunity for age eligible male players who will turn 17-21 and play junior in 2024 (birth years 2003-2007).  KJ MacNeil will lead this program.  Our intention is to give junior aged players an opportunity to be on the floor this winter and to be able to send a team to Founders Cup (Lacrosse Canada JR B National Championships) in 2024.  Any questions, please contact KJ MacNeil-lacrossetechdirector@sportnovascotia.ca .

This program will run every second Wednesday from Jan 10, Jan 24, Feb 7, Feb 21, Mar 6, Mar 20, Apr 3, 2024 6:30-8pm (7 sessions).
