Update: Lacrosse NS - Coach Podium Series

Hello Coach,
 
Lacrosse NS is excited to announce two upcoming Coach Podium sessions, the purpose of which will be to discuss pertinent issues to coaching Box Lacrosse. These sessions are completely free of charge, and are open to all coaches.
 
Our first coach podium session will discuss the importance of special teams, and how to properly train/prepare this integral part of any team.
