Senior Women's Lacrosse is coming to NS!
We are having a practice and game on December 30th at Soccer NS field #4 which is the old building. We have booked it for 3-5pm.
Our LNS Technical Director, KJ MacNeil, and friends will be running skills and drills for the first hour and we will have a game from 4-5pm against the Junior Girls in full gear -woohoo! Come for 2:30 to be on the field for 3
If you fear being rusty don't worry- it is like riding a bike it comes back fast! If you don't have gear and can't get some before the 30th let us know and we will try to help you out.
It is going to be a fun time, so mark your calendars now. Let's make this happen!
