A piece of NS Lax History - the NS Lobster Trap

“The picture was provided to us by Jesse Thomas, from Peterborough, who is now working in NS for Global News, and we welcome him to the lacrosse community.”

Jesse says this about the picture;

“My stepfather Paul “PJ” Johnston was a member of the Peterborough Midget Lakers who travelled east to play in a tournament in Cornwall and they won that tournament and from there he says the team then travelled further east the following weekend to Nova Scotia to play in the N.S. Invitational Lobster tournament, where they beat the South Etobicoke team the same team they beat in Cornwall to capture that trophy.”
