Lacrosse Nova Scotia Hires a New Executive Director

The Board of Directors of Lacrosse Nova Scotia wishes to announce that Donna Goguen has been hired as their new Executive Director. We welcome her to this new position and are pleased to have the expertise she brings to the job. Read More.
Donna is no stranger to the lacrosse community in her many administrative roles over the years. She has volunteered at the league level, the NS Lacrosse Officials Association and on the LNS Board. Please join us in welcoming Donna to this new role.
The Board wishes to thank Charlotte Henderson, VP of Operations and Chair of the HR Committee, Tom Aquanno and Ian Higgins for their leadership and diligence in this ED search, ensuring adherence to process and procedures. We also thank Blaise Landry, Sport NS Organization Effectiveness Lead, for his valued advice.
Donna will be on the job as of October 15th and will be stepping out of her current position of President. Tom Aquanno will step into the President's position, as per LNS ByLaws. We have many exciting opportunities to grow the sport in the next three years, including having the Thunderbirds team in Halifax, NAIG 2020 being hosted in Halifax and having teams participate in Canada Games in 2021.
