  ShareA new women's 22+ program: Learn to Play Masters Lacrosse2022-09-20
 We are offering an 8 week program for women to learn 'Masters Lacrosse'. It will be held from September 28th to November 16th. These sessions are on Wednesday nights, 6:30-8pm, at Gray Arena, 15 Monique Ave, Dartmouth. The cost is $50. READ MORE to register.This program is a fun program to get a stick in hand and learn about the 'masters' lacrosse game. Helmets, gloves and sticks are needed. We can provide helmets and sticks (unless you have your own). You would need to wear comfortable clothing and running shoes. This is a change to continue to develop your skills and take them to the next level by learning how to play 'masters' lacrosse. Haven't been on the floor for years? Come out and give this a try! Master's lacrosse is a non-contact form of the box lacrosse and can be played recreationally with minimal gear required.
