We are offering an 10-week program starting September 27th and ending November 29th. The sessions are on Wednesday nights, 8-9:30pm at the Gray Arena, 15 Monique Ave, in Dartmouth. The cost is $85. Each session will have some skills work for warm-up followed by ‘masters’ style game play (no stick or body contact). We can provide a loan of helmets, gloves and sticks, if required. If you have your own helmet, gloves and stick, that's great, too. All you need is comfortable clothing and running shoes.
