Lacrosse Nova Scotia, supported by Support 4 Sport, are happy to bring back lacrosse to black youth. Our Try Lacrosse programs for black youth in Nova Scotia started in 2021 in partnership with Jumpstart and FUNSports. We are happy that some of the youth who participated in those programs now play club lacrosse. We are pleased to be able to provide this program again, to introduce more youth to our sport. We welcome back all those who participated in our past programs and anyone new. Bring a friend!
-The start date is Tuesday, November 7th, 6:30-8pm and it will run every Tuesday night until December 12th.
-It will take place at the Gray Arena, 15 Monique Avenue, Dartmouth, NS.
-Ages 7 to 14 (we can accommodate older, just contact Donna)
-Loaner helmets and sticks will be supplied. If you happen to have your own hockey helmet, you can use your own. Otherwise, no gear is needed, just sneakers and comfortable clothing. Please bring your own water bottles.
-In order to confirm numbers for planning and cover off our waiver, we encourage all those who can, to register online. On site registration will also be available the first night, November 7th.
