U13 Coed High Performance Team NS ID Camps
This program is an identification and development camp for U13 Co-ed Team NS going to Lacrosse Canada National Championships. This is an opportunity for experienced players to be on the floor during the off-season for skills development in preparation for tryouts.
The program consists of six sessions held throughout the winter at Gray Arena, located at 15 Monique Ave, Dartmouth, NS.
U13 Girls High Performance ID Camps
This program is an identification and development camp for the U13 girls. In previous years, the U13 Girls team would be part of an invitational tournament being offered during Lacrosse Canada Nationals. This is an opportunity for experienced players to be on the floor during the off-season for skills development in preparation for tryouts.

Lacrosse Nova Scotia 'Games Ready' Flight High Performance Program
The Flight Program is a high performance winter program offered by LNS for U15 and U17 athletes. Our high performance program is led by our highest qualified lacrosse coaches in NS, KJ MacNeil, our Technical Director (Competition Development Certified, a Master Coach Developer for Lacrosse Canada and a certified Personal Trainer) and Sean Carrigan (Competition Development Certified Coach). Our provincial level competition introduction trained coaches provide support.
The program includes 18 hours of floor time with an optional 14 weeks at Proedge Gym, nutritional services, and mental performance training services provided by CSIA for U17 athletes.
Jr Womens Winter Program
Lacrosse Nova Scotia offers a high-performance opportunity for U22 female athletes, led by KJ MacNeil. The program aims to provide Junior-aged women with the chance to participate in floor time during the winter, with the ultimate goal of forming a U22 team to compete in Lacrosse Canada Nationals.
