Lacrosse Nova Scotia Society (LNSS) is a not-for-profit registered society and provincial sport organization that is the recognized lacrosse authority for amateur lacrosse throughout the province of Nova Scotia. The LNSS is a member association of Lacrosse Canada and is a member-in-good standing with Sport Nova Scotia. Our over-arching goal is to grow the game of lacrosse.
Lacrosse Nova Scotia is working to strengthen engagement across all aspects of lacrosse in Nova Scotia. Our vision is to have a strong and vibrant lacrosse community in the province. We are committed to supportive leadership, inclusive growth, success at every level, and respect and fun for all. We are a volunteer-driven organization working to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to play the game.
Lacrosse Nova Scotia and the lacrosse community are working hard on increasing female participation in both the box and field sectors of lacrosse, growing indigenous programming and participation, and introducing the game to all under-represented groups and areas in the province. We partner with our community to be a more inclusive, diverse, equitable and accessible sport in Nova Scotia.
