Vice President Organizational Effectiveness (VP OE)
The VP OE is a key executive officer responsible for the functional efficiency and regulatory integrity of LNS. This role oversees sanctioning, provincial events, and organizational policy. The VP OE also works in collaboration with the President to achieve the Society's mission of advancing and fostering the sport of lacrosse. The VP OE would also fill in for the President if they are unable to attend a function/meeting or fulfill their duties for any reason.

Vice President High Performance (VP High Performance)
The VP High Performance is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the Society's competitive excellence strategy. This role ensures that the LNS High Performance Pathway is implemented effectively to support athlete development and provincial representation. The VP High Performance works closely with the Technical Director, Executive Director, and the President to achieve the mission of advancing the sport of lacrosse in Nova Scotia. They are also accessible to the general membership, elite athletes, and parents seeking information regarding the Society's high-performance practices and selection processes.
